Is it 50 interviews, or 500 minutes?
Both — they are the same allowance described two ways. You are billed for minutes of interview time, and we show the interview count because it is easier to plan against. We count an interview at about ten minutes, so a plan listed as 50 interviews gives you roughly 500 minutes. A short screen uses less, a deep technical interview uses more, and your dashboard shows exactly where you are.
What are "minutes" and how are they used?
Your plan gives you a monthly allowance of interview time. A fifteen-minute AI interview uses fifteen minutes of it. You pay for the time you actually use rather than a flat fee per candidate.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle, so every month starts with a full allowance.
How do I track usage?
Your dashboard shows real-time consumption against your monthly allowance, with alerts as you approach the limit.
What if I go over?
You can upgrade to a higher tier or buy an additional minute pack. We notify you before you hit the limit, so there are no surprises.
How do I choose the right plan?
